Refund policy


Each ring or piece of jewelry is handmade to order, after the order is placed, with all customer requested custom elements, including size, metal, and patterning. I do my best to create your jewelry to match what you see online, but please consider that colors look different on different screens, and that these items are COMPLETELY handmade, so no two items ever looks exactly the same.  

Due to the customizable aspect of the jewelry, I generally do not accept returns. 

However, if you receive your jewelry, and it is not what you requested, or has been damaged in transit, please do contact me so that I can make it right.  Please make sure that you contact me within 2 days of delivery, so we can be sure to get a return label to you, and the jewelry back to me, as soon as possible for repair or replacement.
